The Ripollet office is where I usually work with athletes and coaches from Vallès. Many athlete families and technical staff in the area know me well and trust the process we carry forward.
I'm a PhD in Health and Sport Psychology from UAB and a registered psychologist (COPC 23622), and I've spent over ten years in technical staffs at professional clubs —FC Barcelona, Deportivo Alavés, Riga FC, clubs in Saudi Arabia— working closely with athletes in their moments of highest competitive pressure.
That experience shapes how I work: not from pure theory, but from having been inside a professional dressing room, with its hierarchies, its rhythms and its reality. In Ripollet I work with athletes and coaches who prefer an office in Vallès, without travelling to Barcelona, and with clubs in the area wanting to incorporate psychological work.
The office is located in Ripollet and always works by appointment. One assessment session, concrete goals, and follow-up: the same structure as any other format.
