I combine something few people have: rigorous academic training — a PhD Cum Laude in Sport Psychology — with more than ten years inside professional clubs, both as a coach and as a psychologist (FC Barcelona, Deportivo Alavés, Al Fateh SC, Al Rayyan SC, Riga FC, Al Ittihad Club, Industrias Santa Coloma). I know the theory, and I also know the reality of sport from the inside.
With athletes, coaches, technical staff and clubs of any discipline and level, from grassroots to the professional elite.
An initial, no-commitment session to understand your situation, your goals and assess how I can help.
An individual 50-60 minute session costs €60. There are bundles of 5, 10 and 15 sessions that lower the price per session, and group sessions for up to 8 athletes. You can see all rates on the pricing page.

Questions about individual psychological work
Assesses which psychological factors are affecting their performance and trains specific skills: managing competitive anxiety, attention, confidence and competition routines. It also supports processes that go beyond sport, such as long-term injuries, changing club or country, and career transitions.
You don't need to wait until there's a problem. The most common signs: performing in competition below what you show in training, nerves you can't control before competing, a long injury, or a change of team, category or country that's proving harder than expected.
Both. I work in person in Ripollet and Barcelona, and online with athletes from any country. The online format keeps the same structure: assessment, work plan and follow-up.
An individual session (50-60 minutes) costs €60. There are bundles of 5, 10 and 15 sessions for ongoing processes, and group sessions for up to 8 athletes that lower the cost per person.
For coaches
Questions about psychological support for coaches
Offers a confidential space to work on what the job doesn't allow you to show: results pressure, dressing-room management, accumulated wear, and career decisions. The goal is twofold: protecting the coach's mental health and improving how they lead their team.
Yes. The professional relationship is between the coach and me. Nothing worked on in session is shared with the club, sporting management or third parties, unless the coach themselves decides to.
Yes, online. It's a central part of my practice: I've lived through those transitions myself as part of technical staffs in Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Latvia, and coaches' migration processes are the subject of my PhD thesis.
Yes. Alongside individual work with the head coach, I consult with technical staffs: diagnosing the staff, internal communication, role distribution and decision-making under pressure.
For clubs
Questions about institutional sport psychology services
Works on four levels: the athlete (individual assessment and intervention), the family (guidance and support, especially in youth stages), the technical staff (training and consulting) and the organization (protocols, culture and coordination across age groups). When one of these is missing, the psychological work stays limited to isolated interventions with no continuity.
It starts with a diagnosis of the club's structure, goals and resources. Then assessment and intervention protocols are defined, the technical staff is trained, and follow-up indicators are established. The end goal is for the department to become integrated into the club's methodology and not depend on an outside person.
It depends on the scope: a series of one-off training sessions is not the same as setting up a full department. After a first diagnostic meeting, I prepare a closed proposal with scope, timeline and cost.
