There is no separate preliminary session: from the first one we use the time to get to know each other, assess your situation, explain how we work and start drawing up an action plan. Single sessions and packs are in person or online, with no lock-in.
Payment methods and invoice
You can pay in cash, by card, Bizum or bank transfer. We issue an invoice for every session; you just need to ask for it.
