Sports Psychologist in Barcelona
In-person office in Barcelona, in Sarrià - Sant Gervasi, for athletes, coaches and clubs. I'm a PhD in Sport Psychology and have spent over ten years in technical staffs at professional clubs: I work the athlete's mind from inside the sport, not from outside.
An office in Barcelona, with bench experience
Many of the athletes and coaches I work with are from Barcelona and prefer to see me in person. That's why I opened an office here.
I'm a PhD in Health and Sport Psychology from UAB and a registered psychologist (COPC 23622), but my formation came on the bench first: over ten years in technical staffs at professional clubs —FC Barcelona, Deportivo Alavés, Riga FC and clubs in Saudi Arabia and Qatar— seeing firsthand what goes through an athlete's mind when they compete.
That experience shapes the way I work: I don't approach sport psychology from theory alone, but from having been inside a professional dressing room, with its pressures, hierarchies and rhythms. In Barcelona I work with athletes and coaches who compete in the city and its metropolitan area, and with clubs wanting to incorporate psychological work into their daily practice.
The office is in Barcelona, in the Sarrià - Sant Gervasi area, and always works by appointment. One assessment session, concrete goals, and follow-up: the same structure whether we meet in person or work remotely.
If the Vallès area is closer, I also have an office in Ripollet, and if you compete outside Barcelona or in another country altogether, we work by video call using the same method.

Athletes and coaches who compete or manage in Barcelona and its metropolitan area, any sport and level, and clubs wanting to incorporate psychological work. I also work with goalkeepers, who have their own position-specific psychology.
Besides being a PhD in Sport Psychology (UAB) and a registered psychologist, I've spent over ten years inside professional club technical staffs. I don't just work sports psychology from the office: I've lived it from the bench.
Both. In Barcelona sessions are in person and by appointment, but if you're away from the city or travelling for competitions we continue the work via video call, same structure: assessment, work plan and follow-up.
