Online Sports Psychologist
Video call sessions with the same structure as in-person work: assessment, work plan and follow-up. I work online with athletes and coaches in Spain and abroad.
The same work, wherever you are
The online format is not a plan B: it's how I've worked for years with athletes and coaches competing away from Barcelona.
A good part of my practice is online for a simple reason: sporting careers move. Athletes signing for a club in another country, coaches managing in another league, players spending half the season travelling. Video call sessions keep the process going even when the city and the time zone change.
I know that life first-hand: I've been part of technical staffs in Spain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Latvia, and my PhD thesis (UAB) studies precisely what happens psychologically to those who move abroad to compete or coach. If you write to me from another country, you won't have to explain what it's like.
The structure is the same as in-person work: a first assessment session, specific goals and follow-up. Sessions last 50-60 minutes, cost the same as in-person sessions and can be held in Spanish, Catalan or English.
Frequently asked questions

A quiet place where you can speak privately, a stable connection and a camera. I use secure video calls and send you the link before each session.
The same as in-person: €60 per 50-60 minute session, with bundles of 5, 10 and 15 sessions that lower the price per session.
Yes. I work with athletes and coaches in Europe, the Middle East and the Americas, and sessions can be held in Spanish, Catalan or English.
Shall we start?
Tell me where you're writing from and what's going on. The first session is an assessment, with no commitment.
